How to find us from Newcastle

• Just after the Nissan factory (on the right hand side of the A19) there is a turn off for the A1231 to Washington and Sunderland.
• Turn left at the top of the slip road and follow the A1231 towards the Queen Alexandra Bridge and Sunderland.
• Go straight across the first roundabout.
• At the second roundabout (BP Garage) take a right turn into Sunderland Enterprise Park (West).The road heads down towards the river and then bears to the left.
• Follow the road and go straight ahead at the first mini roundabout.
• After the second mini roundabout you will see a Retail Park and Springs leisure centre coming up on your left.
• At Springs there is third mini roundabout…again go straight ahead, following the road downhill to the Business and Innovation Centre which is about another 1/2 mile further on, on the right hand side of the road…Turn right into Wearfield and then immediately left.
• There is a green security kiosk right in front of you. Ask for directions to reception which is straight ahead of you at the other end of the car park.

How to find us from Sunderland

• From Sunderland Centre follow the signs for the Queen Alexandra Bridge.
• Cross the Queen Alexandra bridge.
• At the end of the bridge there is a left turn to Sunderland Enterprise Park (East).
• Take this left turn and follow the road downhill for about a 1/2 mile, passing Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall dealership on your left until you reach the third main left turn.
• Turn left into Wearfield and then immediately left again.
• There is a green security kiosk right in front of you. Ask for directions to reception which is straight ahead of you at the other end of the car park.
